These terms apply to tour bookings and enquiries made with Luxury Moves, a tour operator based in Toronto, Ontario. By sending a reservation request you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Luxury Moves organizes coach tours that visit casino resorts and other destinations in Canada. We do not operate casinos and do not offer gambling of any kind, online or in person. Each casino on our routes is run by its own provincially licensed operator, under its own rules.
2. Age and ID
All travellers must be of legal gambling age in every province on the route (19+ in Ontario and British Columbia, 18+ in Québec and Alberta) and must carry valid government photo ID. Casinos may refuse entry to anyone, and we can't refund a tour if a traveller is refused entry because of age or ID.
3. Booking requests and payment
Sending the booking form creates an email request, not a confirmed booking. We will confirm availability, the final price, departure details and payment terms in writing before taking any payment. Prices on this website are in Canadian dollars, per person, based on double occupancy for overnight tours, and may change until your booking is confirmed.
4. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your written booking confirmation. We may change an itinerary because of weather, road conditions, venue closures or other events outside our control, and will offer a comparable alternative or a refund for any part of the tour we cannot provide.
5. Casino visits
Casino visits are optional. Any casino offers, rewards or promotions are provided by the casino, not by Luxury Moves, and are subject to the casino's own terms. Gambling involves the risk of losing money. Please read our Responsible Gambling page.
6. Conduct
Our host or driver may refuse boarding to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive or endangers other passengers, without refund.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for losses incurred while gambling, or for the services of hotels, casinos and other independent suppliers, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable consumer law.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
