Responsible Gambling

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Luxury Moves runs coach tours that visit licensed casino resorts. We want every trip to be a good night out, and that means gambling for fun, within limits you set in advance. We do not operate casinos or offer gambling of any kind.

Legal age

Casinos in Canada are for adults only, and the minimum age depends on the province:

ProvinceMinimum age
Ontario19
British Columbia19
Québec18
Alberta18

Every traveller must meet the minimum age in each province on the route and carry valid government photo ID. We don't accept bookings for anyone under the legal age, and our tours are not marketed to minors.

Keep it fun

  • Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. Over time, the house always comes out ahead.
  • Set a budget before you leave home, and leave your bank cards at the hotel.
  • Set a time limit and take regular breaks.
  • Never chase losses or borrow money to gamble.
  • Don't gamble when you're upset, stressed or have been drinking.
  • Balance the casino with the rest of the trip: the scenery, the food, the shows.

Warning signs

It may be time to get help if you spend more than you planned, hide your gambling from people close to you, feel anxious when you're not gambling, or borrow money to play.

Self-exclusion

Every province we visit runs a voluntary self-exclusion program that bars you from its casinos for a period you choose: OLG's My PlayBreak in Ontario, Loto-Québec's self-exclusion program in Québec, AGLC's Voluntary Self-Exclusion program in Alberta and BCLC's Game Break in British Columbia. If you're enrolled in one, please don't book a casino tour. Casinos will refuse entry, and we'll gladly help you choose a different trip.

On our coaches

  • Casino visits are always optional.
  • We don't offer, sell or promote online gambling.
  • Our hosts can point any guest to the support lines above, privately and without judgement.

Know your limits. Casinos are for adults of legal age only: 19+ in Ontario and British Columbia, 18+ in Québec and Alberta. Valid government photo ID is required. Set a budget before you go, and never gamble to win back losses.
