Before you board.
Where do tours leave from?
We're based in Toronto, and our Ontario routes leave from Toronto. Each of the other routes lists its own departure city and season: Montréal for Québec, Edmonton for Alberta and Vancouver for British Columbia.
Do I pay when I send a request?
No. You send a request, we confirm availability and the departure details, and only then do we secure your seat.
What is the minimum age?
Every traveller must be of legal gambling age in each province on the route: 19 in Ontario and British Columbia, 18 in Québec and Alberta. Casinos check ID at the door, so bring valid government photo ID. We don't accept bookings for anyone under the legal age.
Do I have to gamble?
No. Casino visits are always optional. Many of our guests come for the scenery, the hotels, the dining and the shows. If you do play, set a budget before you go and treat it as the cost of a night out.
Can we charter a private coach?
Yes. We run private coaches for clubs, birthdays and corporate outings for adults. Choose "Private charter" on the booking form and tell us your dates and group size.
I've signed up for self-exclusion. Can I still travel?
Please don't book a casino tour while you're in a self-exclusion program. Casinos will refuse entry, and the trip may put your recovery at risk. Our Responsible Gambling page lists free support lines in every province we visit.
